50's Party!

This Past weekend was my Father in Laws 60th Birthday Party! And let me tell you it was an awesome party! Always good times when the grandkids get together. Since My Father in law was born in 1951, my Sister in law Bethany came up with the wonderful idea of doing a 50's themed party! I was very excited to hear about this, and got to work brainstorming right away. While googling the 50's Era it was a no brainer that Malt Bals and Milk shakes were popular, not to mention Records and of course Black and white. So here it is, the most beautiful set up of a party yet (well Family party). Bethany Did an awesome job with putting all of this together! She even had Trivia of the year 1951, Did you know The First Jack in the Crack appeared! Who knew! Love it.

Cupcake Sale!

This past weekend my friend and I had a yard sale,,and with most awesome yard sales, there was a Bake Sale! (or a cupcake sale) They were a huge hit to say the least and I had hardly any left at the end of the day. We're planning another Yard/Cupcake Sale this next Friday 3/25/11! Hopefully I sell out fast, so my kids don't go into a Diabetic Coma from all the Sugar....
