Birthday Cakes!

Happy Birthday!

This is a Birthday cake for my Sister in law, Sara. It was such a fun cake to make. It was a Black Forrest Flavored cake, with cherry's in the center and Cherry Buttercream frosting.
Here is another cake that i did for my Father in laws birthday. I had major creativity block with this one, last year I made him a cake off the movie Cars (his favorite). I decided to just personalize it with the logo of his business. I was a really yummy cake though. I made a white cake, with a rainbow chip filling and buttercream frosting.

Welcome home Brett!

My Brother in law Brett just came home from his mission on June 4th from Vericruz, Mexico. I made this cake to match his name tag. I found out after thet there isn't supposed to be an accent mark over the i in Jesucristo. The cake was a huge hit though, his favorite cake was Chocolate, so I made a chocolate cake with a Reeses cup filling and buttercream frosting. It's was a crowd favorite.

I can't believe my little boy is two! He absolutely loved the cake. I think that little kids get a kick out of eating there favorite cartoon characters!

Here is our Easter cake from this past year, I made a white cake with a coconut cream filling, and an almond frosting. It was mouth wattering. i decided to do a cake all frosting this time, instead of fondant, it turned out so good, and had so much flavor.
